We process data in the context of our business and website operations. This includes disclosure by transfer to third parties and, where applicable, to third countries outside the European Union (“EU”) and the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Where we transfer data outside the EU or EEA, we have indicated this below.

The specific data involved in the processing, the purposes of the processing, the legal basis, the recipients and, where applicable, the transfers to third countries are set out in the following overview:
3.1 Log file during website visits
We log your visit to our website. In doing so, we process
- Name(s) of our web page(s) visited
- The date and time of retrieval
- The amount of data transferred
- Browser type and version
- The operating system you are using
- The referrer URL (the website you visited before)
- Your IP address
- The requesting provider
The legal basis for data processing is our overriding legitimate interest in the continued availability and security of our website, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.
The log file will be deleted after seven days, unless it is necessary to provide evidence or investigate specific legal violations that have become known during the retention period.
3.2 Hosting
For the provision of our online presence, we use the services of the web hosting provider strg-S Webdesign mit Sinn, Andreas Sinnhuber, Michael-Gaismair-Straße 95, 6410 Telfs, AUSTRIA, which processes the aforementioned data and all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website (log file during website visits) on our behalf.
The legal basis for data processing is our overriding legitimate interest in the continued availability and security of our website, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR. We have entered into a data processing agreement with the hosting provider pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3.3 Establishing contact
When you contact us, we process the following data from you for the purpose of processing and handling your request: name, contact details (if provided by you) and your message. The legal basis for the data processing is our obligation to perform the contract and/or to fulfill our pre-contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR and/or our overriding legitimate interest in processing your request pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) GDPR.
3.4 Contract fulfillment
When you use our services and, for example, book coaching services, we process your personal data in order to fulfill the contractual relationship between you and us. The legal basis for the data processing is the fulfillment of our contractual obligations according to Art. 6 para. 1 (b) GDPR and, in individual cases, the fulfillment of our legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 (c) GDPR. We transfer your transaction data (name, date of order, payment method, date of dispatch or receipt, amount and, if applicable, payee, bank details or credit card data) to the payment service provider commissioned to process the payment.
4. Your right as a data subject
4.1 Access
Upon request, you will be granted access to any personal data we hold about you at any time and free of charge.
4.2 Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing (blocking), objection

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Your withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing up to the time of withdrawal.
4.4 Data portability
Where data processing is carried out on the basis of a contract, pre-contractual negotiations, consent or by automated means, you have the right to data portability. Upon request, we will provide you with your data in a common, structured and machine-readable format so that you can transfer the data to another controller if you so wish.
4.5 Restriction of processing
The foregoing rights do not cover data where we are not able to identify the data subject, for example where it has been anonymized for analysis purposes. Access, erasure, blocking, correction or transfer to another company may be possible with respect to such data if you provide us with additional information that allows us to identify you.
4.6 Exercising your rights as a data subject and right to appeal
If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, or if you wish to request information, or request the correction, blocking, objection or deletion of data, or if you wish the data to be transferred to another company, please contact the Controller named in Sec. 1. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding your rights as a data subject.
